DR. SAMAN SENG (MD) Dr. Saman Seng is a native of Cambodia, an experienced pediatrician, and the director of Lotus Pediatric and Pediatric Medical Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Lotus Pediatric Clinic is a model clinic for the delivery of high-quality pediatric healthcare in Cambodia.
